Our Essence

Where the family finds its refuge.

Legacy Ranch Club is the conceptual and community core of the Terra Custodia project. It is not a real estate development or a land sales model. The central principle is that properties remain intact, protected, and undivided.

The club allows a community of families, explorers, and allies to participate in these landscapes without compromising their ecological integrity. An exclusive family refuge where nature, wellness, and tradition intertwine.

The Land Stewardship Charter

Our Principles

Terra Custodia is an initiative dedicated to protecting, restoring, and passing on the rural landscape of northern Mexico. Everyone who enters our territory embraces these principles as their own.

1

Permanence of the Territory

Terra Custodia lands are not sold, subdivided, or urbanized. The goal is to preserve the ecological and cultural integrity of the landscape for future generations.

2

Stewardship of the Landscape

Everyone who accesses Terra Custodia becomes a temporary steward of the territory. This means protecting the soil, respecting wildlife, conserving water, and acting responsibly.

3

Ranch Culture

The Terra Custodia ranches are productive territories where ranching, grassland management, horses, and traditional production form part of the landscape's identity.

4

Ecosystem Conservation

The ranches are part of valuable ecosystems in northern Mexico, including grasslands, migratory bird corridors, and volcanic landscapes. Human activities must minimize their impact.

5

Responsible Use of the Territory

Visitors must remain on designated routes, respect wildlife, and follow ranch staff instructions to maintain ecological balance.

6

Fire Prevention

During the dry season, grasslands are highly vulnerable to fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited on all Terra Custodia properties without exception.

7

Community and Responsibility

Legacy Ranch Club members and visitors are part of a community dedicated to protecting the territory and respecting local culture.

8

Guests

Members who invite guests are responsible for ensuring they understand and respect the principles established in this Stewardship Charter.

9

The Legacy

The goal of Terra Custodia is to protect landscapes that must remain alive for future generations. Stewardship of the land is an ongoing commitment.

Final Commitment

"Land is not owned; it is cared for. The true legacy of Terra Custodia is to keep alive the balance between nature, culture, and community."

Founding Stage

A community committed to the landscape.

Legacy Ranch Club brings together families, conservationists, scientists, entrepreneurs, and explorers who share a commitment to protecting the landscape and rural culture of northern Mexico.

Access is currently extended to friends, allies, and families close to the project who share Terra Custodia's values. In the future, a limited annual membership model based on access and experiences is planned — never on land sales.

Club Principles

  • Land is not for sale
  • The landscape is protected
  • Rural culture is honored
  • Access implies responsibility
  • The legacy belongs to future generations
Families Conservationists Explorers Scientists Entrepreneurs
